Holiday Cooking Classes:How To Make Fluffy, Beweled and Beribboned Edible Treasures with Minimum Fuss

The inspiration for this class came from a Strawberry Fluff dessert that was served at a women's bible study.

Even though I was dieting I couldn’t resist the temptation! Two spoonfuls was not enough to satisfy my ravenous sweet tooth. So my imagination went to work

The original recipe called for chopped angel food cake, fat-free cool whip and frozen strawberries. Very simple. Very yummy. Excellent in its sheer simplicity.

In this class, we will begin with constructing a Heavenly Cranberry-Strawberry Trifle- a tweaked holiday version of Strawberry Fluff but with the addition of festive layers of cranberries, almonds and other flavors to create a show-stopping holiday confection.

Then we will explore some other glorious fluffy, bejeweled and beribboned treasures to adorn your holiday table, all elegant and all created with the minimum of fuss.
